Join us for “Hot Topics” in Health Care Management: Research Roundtables (#12483), an interactive PDW designed to spark new ideas, meaningful conversations, and new collaborations.

This PDW invites participants to engage in discussion of four of the “hot topics'' in health care management research and practice:
🔹 Alternative care forms, venture capital, and private equity
🔹 AI and evolving team-based care
🔹 Social network analysis in health care
🔹 Equitable healthcare work, neurodiverse teams, and research-to-practice frameworks
The session will be organized into two facilitated discussion rounds. In each round, participants will join a topic-focused research table to engage with others who share similar interests. Conversations will center on the current state of research in the area, common challenges in conducting this work, and promising directions for future studies. Each table will be guided by one or two established scholars actively conducting research on the featured topic. Participants will select their preferred topic at the start of the session. The PDW is designed to foster in-depth scholarly exchange, generate new research ideas, and support the development of collaborative relationships.
