Okay, maybe bylaws don’t make you all tingly inside, but they provide a crucial foundation for the governance of the HCM Division. And because we’re trying to grow and better serve our members, our bylaws need to be updated periodically. Last year we completed a 5-year self-study of the Division and established a strategic plan for the coming years. The final stage of that strategic work is to revise our bylaws to align with the strategic plan.
To that end, we invite your comments on the proposed changes to the HCM bylaws until Friday, December 16, 2022.
